A while ago, we have decided to finance two racing projects - a 2016 Ligier LMP2 and an LMP3. These are fantastic, modern Le Mans cars on different technical levels. To name a few figures - on an LMP 2 we are talking about a carbon fibre monocoque, no chassis, but rear axle attached to the gearbox instead. This leads to a total a weight of about 930kg coping with approx. 600 HP.
